2016 370z Coupe Pearl Blue (RAY) Enthusiast
Car was released for sale May 1, ordered mine May 2. Was like waiting for Christmas to arrive... Picked it up July 19. 1500 km later love it !! The paint is awesome. In the sun it sparkles in a medium/dark blue, in shade a darker blue and with the black rims looks great !
My story - owned Nissans/Infinitis since 1995 when I bought a Nissan 240SX LE. Drove it for 10 years and it was unbreakable; sold it to a "Tuner" within 30 minutes of posting it on Autotrader...should have asked more $$...
Then did some leasing of Infinitis - 2005 M35x - Was great ride and ahead its time for technology but was "comfortable". Trading the 4 doors in for 2, got a 2008 G37X Coupe - great car but the left foot was lonely - Had a "practicality lapse" and got a 2012 G37X 4 Door... again great ride, comfortable and practical...
Have always loved the Z but is not a car for driving in the great white north... hence why I was into the X Infinitis... When Nissan Canada announced the 2016 Enthusiast version now available in Canada for only $30K, I jumped at it as my summer car. The rest is present day history...
Enthusiast version saved big $ but lacked a few mandatory items - I upgraded the stereo - Put in a 500w Amp, added 2 rear speakers (only had 2 factory speakers in the doors) but kept the factory deck (Clarion) as I did not want to lose the steering controls (bluetooth phone and stereo) as well as the Aux in and USB and overall integration the factory deck provides -
The dealer threw in the Rear Spoiler with the deal and that will be added next week -
Tinted the windows, 30 Side, 20 Rear.
This model does not have a limited slip diff - otherwise performs like the Touring and Sport versions... likely do diff upgrade down the road after getting my moneys worth out of this one.
See pic from the delivery day - will post new pic when the spoiler is on.
