Pretty much. A normal place though won't use actual fish sticks though. The best I ever had were northern cod that was grilled with a pineapple salsa and shredded cabbage on it.
And don't forget the cholula sauce. And now I want some Horchata.... WHERE'S CARL!!?!?!?!?!
