Slap an OBD reader on there and see what it says.

If OBD doesn't give you any clues, disconnect LEDs (and any other non-factory wiring) and see what happens.

If unwiring the LEDs doesn't help, see if you can tell which relay is clicking and look it up in the FSM.


Edit: It sounds like you are not familiar with electricity. This may be a hands-on job. Find a friend that can troubleshoot the problem for you and offer them a meal/drinks for the help.
