Stock 19" 370z wheels will only require an alignment at a regular old shop.
As stated above, camber kits can be used to increase negative camber when you have wide wheels that won't clear the fenders. They can also be used to decrease negative camber on lowered cars that will maintain toe/camber specs and increase tire life and straight line performance/grip.
But again, you won't need them if you're just using a stock wheel and are not lowered. Cheers.
