That's a big freezer! The power consumption must be out of this world. I would love to see the facility, and the process/automation.
We have slightly more than 10 million sq/ft of factory floor, ceiling height varies, with the average being 30'. Our Stamping plant has an 80' ceiling. On site, we have our own water treatment facility, and generate a portion of our own power mostly to operate large synchronous generators. We'll burn coal or gas depending on price that week.
