Maybe I explained it a bit too simple, and you're kinda correct.
The refinery makes the highest and the lowest, the pump mixes usually.
The thing is that (in my example) the demand for 87 has to be twice as high as it is for 93.
I can tell you that in CA, 91 and 87 sell almost 1 to 1. I'll take a pic next time I fill up (next week)
