Chiming in here... hope this helps potential buyers.

I have the same setup (45k miles), and it is pretty quiet. At very low RPM you can hear some rattle, but it goes away past 1.5-2k RPM. If you've heard what throw out bearing noise is like, it's pretty similar. The noise at idle gets drowned out if you have an aftermarket exhaust.

It is a little bit heavier than stock, but it's a very natural feeling which makes it easy to modulate the clutch. It is easy to daily drive and scoot through traffic. The only minor complaint would be some judder, but I'm told it is normal with aftermarket clutches in general. Just make sure to break it in very well.
