Essentially, I bought the taillight under the impression of no damage as the original description mentioned so. Well... I received the taillight damaged.

The following is the PayPal dispute conversation. I also attached screenshots of the original posting before the seller edited.

You
Item is damaged.

Timothy Eister,
I would like to cordially resolve. Thank you.

Seller
Hello BUYER,
the part that you purchased was and is fully functional and serves its purpose as a taillight. I sent you two pictures of the part, front and back, showing its condition which you agreed to and proceeded to send the payment for. I'm sorry for your mistaken assumption/observation but it was an as-is purchase. You paid 100$ for taillight shipped, which shipping ground was $78.22 alone. You paid $21.78 for the fully functional taillight with the bulbs included off of a 2010 370z as stated.

Seller
Your reason for dispute is that it isn't as described but I never described/stated that there wasn't any cosmetic damage to the taillight. If the small cosmetic chip in the taillight that doesn't affect it functioning wasn't there, I would of charged a lot more then 22$ for the part. considering its $210 from the dealership.

You
I have text trails of none which you stated any damage. Your posting in a forum listed the tail light as such: "I have for sale a pair of 2010 370z seats with a Red Leather/Black Cloth pattern with seat rails/mounts, as well as a pair of 370z Headlights and a Passanger Tailight with no broken tabs or damages, Leak free. Prices are obo, dont hesitate to offer. All Shipping prices will be discussed between buyer and seller, and on that note, seats will not be shipped." The link is: 370z Seats Headlights and Passanger Tailight

You
For PayPal reference: I have the screenshot of the posting on the forum by the seller. I can send them over if need be. I also have pictures and text trails to provide for proper documentation. One can clearly see the damage on the taillight from my pictures. The pictures provided by the seller did not indicate damage. Again, the description from his posting on www.the370z.com mentioned, "...a Passanger Tailight with no broken tabs or damages..." I can provide evidence the description was and is inaccurate.

Seller
and the text "trails" dont state me saying they arent damaged at all either. and the description of the no broken tabs or damages were for the Headlights which is why they were 600$ and not super cheap like your deal with the taillight. The Taillight as well as one of the seats have damage which is shown in the pictures.

Seller
If you have a picture of the Text trails of me stating that the taillights are in perfect condition please send it sir.

And you can see with that same URL, he just edited the posting. I can contact the admins of the forum to provide edit history. And again, I have the screenshot of the original posting before it was edited today at 9:49 PM.

You
He originally listed the taillight at $200.00 knowing that "...its $210 from the dealership." (as quoted above. Again, I have a screenshot of the original listing.
