Since I had made a couple of nice real estate deals this year and had some cash lying around, I started hunting for a sports car. I was set on a Cayman even though I don't really care much for the look. I also thought about a used 911.
Wife and I were at a Concours in September and she saw the 370Z. She said the rear end of the car reminded her of an old Hudson her father owned back in the 50's!
I figured 'whatthehell' and arranged for a test drive from the dealership. I must say I loved the look of the car...I think it is easily the sexiest car on the road short of some high-end exotics. Dealership owner gave me his daughter's demo for a one-hour test drive.
I beat the snot out of that car for an hour. (4500 miles on the odo, fully broken in). The rest is history. I still have not seen one other 370Z since September. Porsches are everywhere around here. This car turns heads, has people pointing and smiling and drooling. I love this car.
