I'm listening. I think it's pretty crappy to ask for a refund after almost a year but it appears that you sold the wrong part to start with. What's "right" in this case? IMNSHO, buyer should have notified you MUCH sooner so Judge SouthArk says claim denied.

But it still doesn't excuse sending the wrong/mislabeled part. You may "win" this one but at what cost?
