lol, what u may think of being "healthy" doesn't always translate to healthy. you got to throw in some cardio with your workout routine. 10min before you workout and 20-30 min after you work out and gradually increase that cardio after you workout to an hour if you can. i can send you a workout routine that my friend made for me whose a personal trainer if you want. just remember, low weight, high reps
