The issue for me, I think, is that the base 370Z represents absolutely awesome value for the money. The Nismo just doesn't.

Does that make the Nismo a bad car? Not at all. But I can definitely see why many people consider it too expensive for what it is, especially when there are some other very impressive performance cars in the same price range.
I will say this. For a body kit, it can't get much better. For the suspension, it is more than most folks can put on it's limits. In other words, it is more car than most drivers can handle. The new Mustang Shelby 350r is awesome, not knocking that car at all. Those aren't for the masses anyway. But the everyday Mustang driver can't drive worth a crap anyway, so what difference does it make.
