Default Sparked a wire by fuse box. Now climate control, synchrorev, and homelink acting up.

I was fiddling with some wiring for my remote start and shorted an exposed wire. And I cannot find a burnt fuse anywhere. I checked the fuse boxes by the battery and clutch. There is a yellow wire I had tapped into for door lights that now doesn't get power, it's in the fuse box so I know that's the source. Now hitting auto on my auto climate control turns the fan all the way down and pushes air to the floor, homelink doesn't work, and synchrorev default is off everytime I start the car. What circuit is all this on? I jumped a 12v source to that yellow wire and the homelink came back along with door light but synchrorev and AC still not acting right.
