When was the last time they were changed? I would definitely change the clutch fluid. Even using high quality Motul RBF600 won't cost that much to flush the clutch system, and the crappy CMC and CSC are particularly susceptible to dirty fluid fouling them up. As for the transmission, I do mine about every 20K miles. It costs <$100 in fluid for Redline MT-85, so I figure why wait. A lot of people go 50K miles or more.
