I too was color specific when shopping for my Z (pw/orange/full loaded/6 sp). I had a hard time looking for mine and I imagine your combo is even harder. So if that's your only combo, then i wouldn't mind going with the 09 even though it lacks certain options. As far as the oil cooler and steering wheel lock... it is ok w/o the oil cooler if you don't track the car and the steering wheel lock is probably replaced with the latest version by now or you can always pull the fuse.

you also save a few bucks being an older model. I'd say go for it if it checks out well. MB/PW is a very nice combo.
