Default Help me diagnose this noise....

So, I am getting a steady whine coming from somewhere near my driver side headlight. The fist occurance of this happened when I was fiddling with a wire for the demon eye (led) that seemed to have come loose somehow. The whine lasted maybe 3 minutes, then seemed to die down (like a fan spinning then slowly stopping).

I had no issues for a week or so after that.. Today had no issues with the car in the morning.. then it rained... and when I reached my destination.. the whine was back.

Went in for a haircut..and about 30 minutes later the whine had stopped. Turn the car on, went about 30 seconds down the road to a gas station..whine resumes. Can only hear it when the car is off due to how loud it is.

The headlights are modified with Switchback Halos (act as turn signals) and demon eyes.. each run to a switch. Ive used both with no issues since the first occurance of the whine.

That is what it sounds like.. It starts to whine down..then when activating the alarm via remote it seems to get louder...(this activates the halos switchback which means it turns amber instead of a normal turn signal).

Any ideas? I disconnected the negative terminal on the battery for the time being. I waited about 5 mins, reconnected..and the whine was back...

Any help would be appreciated..
