Craftsman it is. It's just for quicker removal of wheels when working on the cars. I'm slowly realizing I don't have sufficient tools for anything. A basic ratchet set is about it.

Since I'm clueless. Would a 1/4th or 1/2 inch torque wrench be better? I'm thinking 10-150lbs should be sufficient.
