These issues have really put me off to the 370Z and Nissan in general. If they address it, I will reconsider, and would strongly consider continuing my long standing loyalty.

From what I learned from others who have either had problem with CMC or CSC, is that when one of the two fails you are better to replace both at same time. Also going to a HD CSC is highly recommended. You may also wish to go to a "insulated" version of the short CLUTCH line so as to ward of heat to fluid. This is the second time my OEM CSC has failed. Never again will I buy a OEM CSC . The Nissan part is crap!
