I used that same fake double din cover on my last car. It took some modification (removed the suction cup stuff and lined the entire back with felt to keep from scratching up the screen, and some dremeling to make it sit right), but it worked like a charm.

I never thought about recessing the h/u to use the same cover on the 370.
