All reputable tire dealers will give you a credit on tires that wear out befor the stated mileage, IF you bought the tire from them. Just did it with Discounts/America Tire yesterday. On typical Toyoto Camry tires, Discount gave me a $53 credit on each tire (4), towards the new Bridgestone $120 tires for my Granddaughter. You can do better than Sears.
Sound deadening Material? I agree with the Frost King/Home Depot products. Really look at the reviews on the expensive stuff. Most say it helped some, not a lot. Overrated IMHO.
