otherwise, I am sticking to eating clean. Not even trying to have coffee anymore. No more energy drinks or taco bell. Home cooked, low amount munches, and basic breakfast.

lose weight, low weight x high reps. do 5-10min cardio before working out. do your workout, do another 20-30min cardio. eat clean and you'll lose the weight.
if you drink a lot, like i do. it will be a lot harder lol
