Whatever the hell just loses weight hahahaha. I'm not into the massive muscles or "gainz". I might get pissed if I begin gaining weight from muscle. (horrible messed up mentality, I know)
otherwise, I am sticking to eating clean. Not even trying to have coffee anymore. No more energy drinks or taco bell. Home cooked, low amount munches, and basic breakfast.
