it's a forum. you can search for workouts and they have even videos to tell you how to do the lifts. you just have to push yourself. start of lite, just to start working out and then as you progress start adding a little weight.

I still have an old account on that site haha. I think some of it is feeling judged when the guy with scrawny arms and a stomach attempts to workout. And I do have that offset mentality of feeling fatter than I really am.
