That's the thing for me. If I don't have someone forcing me to go, I have no motivation for it. Nor do I know what to really do with any of the bigger machines or even just correct movements when using weights. If I do go, I usually just run for an hour.

it's a forum. you can search for workouts and they have even videos to tell you how to do the lifts. you just have to push yourself. start of lite, just to start working out and then as you progress start adding a little weight.
