I've been getting the engine light with the PO 106 code.
I'm also wondering how to check if they are bad. The things in the photo are in pretty tight and I'm hesitant to yank them out. What do I do? Can you explain like I'm 5 years old please? Thanks!
The things you have circled are the MAFs, not MAP. The manifold cover is the thing with the Nissan hamburger on it. IIRC, there is only one MAP and it is located on the backside of the manifold. But it has been a long time since I looked at that section of the FSM. Download the FSM (see link in my sig) and it will show you where the MAP(s) is located, how to check it (although diagnosis may require special equipment), and R&R procedures.
