Use the curb rash to get the price down. I bitched about the rash on mine when I bought it (base wheels, mind you), and they ended up taking about $500 off. Should be more with sport wheels.
You can have the wheels fixed for about $100 each. That's what I was quoted for mine by several different shops locally. Or, you can do it yourself. I found this video pretty helpful -
