- Set Budget
- decide what kind of sound you want (go to a few shops and listen to a everything you can)
- decide on how clean of the install or aesthetics you want
- research on the speaker/components online

- decide if you wan to install yourself or pay to have it installed
- if your paying, get ready to walk in to shops and ask them questions. You want to "test" them on what they know or even ask to see some of there work. This helps in deciding which shop you trust your $ and car with.

- Pay after the job is done or agree to only pay 1/2 fist then the rest when completed.
- inspect the work and make sure everything works, check out to see if there were any damages ect. then Pay the final bill when happy.
