I have only had to polish the Z once, right after I got it. Theclear/paint is so thin I am so cautious to keep it blemish free for as long as possible.
The 3m is a final polish and is hardly abrasive and the blue waffle pad doesnt generate a lot of heat and is very soft. I shudder to htink of having to run a heavy polish/pad combo on the Z.
