Not exactly, but as you may know, if your rear end starts sliding the VDC will try to correct it, possibly in a way you're not expecting, leading to all sorts of slipping & sliding. For example it caused me to fishtail once while overtaking and my rear end nearly swung back into the side of the bus I was passing. Ah... Traction control on my Trans Am did that to me. I started turning it off once I got the hang of my car. I tried doing a reverse 180 once and forgot to turn off TCS, and as soon as I turned the wheel, the car straightened out and wouldn't let me do the 180. LOL
