Quaife or similar will be best as a 2-way that is set hard is very aggressive and difficult to live with for a DD
I have a Quaife with 3.9 gears for long and open/flowing tracks we visit, and a KAZZ 2-way with 4.08 gears for the shorter tracks that are more stop/start in nature.
The KAAZ is a PITA on the road as the axles bang and crack and the tyres skip as it is wound up tight - not a lot of "slip" with the settings I have because at our slow tracks - Winton/Wakefield Park/Mallala (for those in AUS), you want both wheels driving instantly you get on the power.
The Quaife is much more progressive.
The diff thread has a heap of good info ..... have fun with your research
