Best way to fight a ticket in court is reschedule a court date. Check the latest time when you can legally (without being fined) request of court date changed. Keep doing this and pushing it like 3 months or later. Eventually it will get so pushed that you finally go to one of the later days and the cop forgets about it or is too lazy. If he doesnt show and you do, ticket instantly gets thrown out the door.

What time did you get caught? Morning? He probably works morning shift, which means he sleeps in afternoon/night. Schedule a late court time. You got caught at night? He probably gets home around 1am - 2am. Schedule a fking 6am court date.

Whatever you do, even if you're at fault. Fight the ticket. I went down a hill once, so i just put it in neutral and let it slide down the hill. Cop was at the bottom waiting for me. I got fined $400 going 60 in a 40 zone while there were others going faster went faster than me.

If he does show up. You question him in front of court, you dont need to hire a $500 lawyer to help your $400 ticket. If you plan on hiring a lawyer, might as well just fking pay the ticket.

At the court, ask him questions that have the judge question the officer's memory. Ask him how was the weather that day. How many cars did he catch, what time it was. How long he was standing there. If cop doesnt remember then you drop the question? "If the officer can't remember these simple questions, how can we be so sure that the information he wrote on the paper is correct?" - As in he coulda been stopping a different car but wrote your license plate instead.

Oh btw this works if he wrote your license plate wrong. Otherwise, you're ******. Go pay your ticket. or start going to church and pray he don't show up to court.
