If I remember correctly mine was just under $300 from Spoiler Solutions on Ebay. Comes pre-painted and with the basic stuff to install it - screws and drill guides. I had to get a tube of clear silicone sealant, a stepped drill bit, and tape to hold the guides in place.
Did a quick google of Fleabay. This is the only one I found - 160 in primer, 250 painted (plus shipping).

The hardest part was actually putting drill bit to trunk. Not physically hard. Not technically hard. Psychologically, on the other hand...
