EGT is more tricky to answer as you would need to know was type of kit you are running, will you run one or two EGT probes, where is the intended location for the probe(s), etc. If you just want one probe I would suggest the bank 1 header as that bank tends to be the one that runs slightly leaner and would in theory have the higher EGTs. It's also the easier header to remove. I would guess removal, probe tap, reinstall and then gauge electronic install to be 4-5 hrs.
You are probably looking at $600-1,000 install cost (again, not gauge costs included) depending on the shop and their labor rates.
These are ballpark guesses. I installed my boost gauge so I have a pretty good understanding of that one but I've not tackled a header job on this platform.
