They are a performance shop. They all have some issues, but don't all business
They treat you like family and Johnny is a hell of a tuner and has many boosted VQ tunes under his belt.
I don't know if JTran is a 'better' option for you but it's definitely a good one. There's only a handful of tuners in the nation I would let touch my car. Jon @ Z1 is among them so I don't think you can go wrong either way.
