A lot of guys who mod prefer to go with a base or a sport and customize up from there. In my sport tourer, I run after market suspension, and full breather mods (mostly replacing NISMO parts if I had them.).

The NISMO aero package and chassis braces are all that would remain had I gone NISMO still very cool, but expensive.

Summary: if you plan to stay mostly stock go NISMO. If your a modder your possible better off with a sport (you want sinchro rev match for sure, and might keep the brembo brakes)

For synchro rev match I'm assuming you will drive manual tranny.

I would try to get a NISMO oil pump on your sport if you can. (I'm not sure if that is a build option.)

Welcome.
