Default Sounds and problems after Takeda CAI install

So I finally waited until after break in period which wasn't the most pleasant. She has about 13XX miles on her.

I installed my Takeda CAI on her today even used the dremel to make the holes bigger to not restrict the tubing.

As with my last car right at 5k rpm it sounds like almost like a blown tweater not horribly loud but enough to annoy the hell of out of me. So I also noticed I was hearing it at lower RPMS just not as noticable. I come back home and hear it consistently almost like static through a blown speaker. So I pop the hood and listen right at the intake manifold and every 10 seconds it makes a tick a tick a tick a tick a type noise for about 3-5 seconds.

It did this at 5k with my 13 I only put about 100 miles on it but my 13 also already had a bad rattle from the shifter assembly.

What could be causing this A/F ratio off that much just from a CAI. No Vacuum leaks I checked and double checked the fittings and made sure everything was sealed and tight.

If it was just making it right at 4800 to 5500 like my last Nismo then I would understand but since it's consistent it can't be just because of load or harmonics of the engine at that RPM as I read and was told with my last.

Any and all thoughts, advice and troubleshooting steps would be appreciated. It already has less power than my 13 WOT is barely noticeable. I don't really feel the power kick in at 5k like said 13. I'm just a little confused all around. Thinking G3's may be my answer? but I just dropped like 440 a couple months ago on this one.

P.S. I do plan on an uprev after I get some more miles on her and have my berks put on. (I waited like everyone told me until after break and had oil changed at 600 just to be safe.)
