It's a possibility. Coolant in the exhaust is (white) steam. Oil vapor is bluish and gasoline (running rich especially without a cat) is black puff.

Diagnosing something like this over ASCII is a shot in the dark. All I can say is wait until after a few hundred more miles to see if the coolant level dropped some more. Check when the engine has cooled down for several hours; preferably in the morning after sitting overnight.

For a better diagnosis, bring it to a competent and experienced mechanic.
