We lost two gps at the Mbz stealership last year on two consecutive visits. The first time I didn't think it was them because I only noticed it missing a couple days later. Second time I made sure to check for it when I picked up the car, sure enough it was missing, I complained to the managers and they investigated. I got a call a few days later that they had "found" the gps, their excuse was the person cleaning our had removed it when he was doing the interior. Why would he need to take my gps out from the car is just in excusable, it wasn't mounted on the windshield, my wife had kept in stored in the center console inside a leather case

It could be... but the service guy I dealt with has been with the dealership for years, he was the first person to get in the car and he says he doesn't remember seeing a radar in the car. He also told me that they haven't had any reports of stolen items for many, many years.
Now when I called the tow truck company and told them something was stolen from my car, they said: "Oh, sorry to hear that." That's all they said. Didn't even sound surprised. Almost like, oh well didn't you know that we were going to steal everything in your car that wasn't bolted down?
I also found out today that the punk stole my mini maglite LED flashlight!!! I loved that thing!
Anyway, I filed the 2 reports so we will see what happens.
Back to the car:
I may be imagining things, but there may be some validity to the story that they put in an updated part. The clutch engages MUCH smoother now, just like a normal car! No more juddery take offs, just nice and smooth. Could all just be in my head, but I don't think so...
