Question Stuck on what to pay for a 370Z!

Hey everyone - forum is great... I have learned alot of things about this car and decided to join but I have a couple of questions!

First off I was looking at a 2008 350Z to buy used and found a couple with roughly 100 miles on them. Then I decided to search for the 370Z and found some more with 100 miles on them as well.

I know the invoice price of the 09' 370Z Base is roughly $28,000, and there is one close to me with roughly 100 miles on it and $1000 under invoice already advertised, with several other Z's on the lot as well. Since 09' is last year's model now technically, how much more should I shoot for a lower price on this used 09' since we are only about 2 weeks away from the calander year ending? I was also on edmunds and automotive.com and saw that the first year of depreciation for the 370Z when driven off the lot is roughly $4,900. Is this something I can pin against the dealer when trying to negotiate the price since it is almost the end of 2009 and the 09' model is last year's model now? I also saw in another thread that 370Z's with 100 miles on them are generally demo cars... Is that something I can negotiate with also to get them to lower the price? Or should I wait for the 2010 calander year and hope I can still find one with low miles like these and hope to save some money? I have always wanted a Z and figured this could be my opportunity to get a great price, but I figured I would ask the forum first to see what you guys think.

Also - if the 08' 350 with the same situation and low miles on it is a better alternative to save more should I go that route or stick with the 370? Thanks and Happy Driving!
