What I was saying is that if you are going to switch from your E85 tune to your 91, or from your 91 to your E85, you dont have to go into the tank and wipe every last drop out with paper towels, you are safe to make the switch of fuel and tune if there is still a half gallon of the other fuel in there. ALTHOUGH personally for the first tank after that switch, I would not beat on the car quite as bad. I just feel better about letting it work out the diluted content of previous fuel for one full tank first... and this is part of the reason I wouldnt go switching back and forth all the time.
But if you are on E, and you put some 91 in there, and drive on your E85 tune... that would be not recommended. You would want to switch to your 91 tune... then drive it down to E again, and then switch back to E85 and E85 tune. You dont want to run the wrong fuel for your tune. The car WILL RUN, and it will move and drive around low load part throttle with the wrong fuel... but it would be highly non-recommended and could cause engine damage if you gave it any more than very very little throttle.
