I think power seats and navigation systems fit on a sports car more than a 125 shot of NOS but maybe that's just me.
I agree, sports cars can and should be relatively simple. I'm more of a Grand Touring kind of guy I guess, because every time I get a car that's stripped down and simple I'm like "WHERE IS MY ******* AWESOME RADIO AND WHY ARE THESE SEATS NOT LEATHER?"
