green and brown come to mind I can't remember both sides, easiest way is when you take the door off you will see which wire is which. I put my crossovers right by the fuse panel on one side and on the complete opposite side inside that plastic panel on the passenger side using 3m doubled sided tape, hold well no drilling required. Very easy to conceal.

What I did was use the existing speaker wire inputs from harness to crossover, then ran new wire fromt the crossover up into where the speakers are located. It will take patience to do the doors if you want it to be clean. There is a DIY Door speaker wire DIY on how to run the door wires. I used the panel puller flat edge plastic to push the new tweeter wire inside the dash.

Depending on your radio stock/aftermarket you will have RCA outs for a sub or stock you will have to tap into one of the existing outputs. I ran mines straight to the back under the center console and to the amp using RCA.

Also would help if you could give a little more info on your setup, I am going off my setup and yours could be completely different.

Sidenote: have a 9 volt battery handy so you can test the polarity of the wires leading into the speakers in case you forget which wire is positive and negative, I tripled check each one because well OCD.

Good luck and congrat on swapping out the speakers.
