Yes a couple of my friends with their families have moved there, guess they can't get away from the warm weather and ocean but want a lower cost of living.
My take on this topic is, if a lowered/modded car properly signals well in advance of a turn, then takes a few extra seconds to go up or down a driveway, I'm perfectly fine with that. By the way, my car is stock height. What irritates me is when a car, any car hits their brake first, then uses the turn signal after. I suppose if the OP did the latter then I'd be irritated no matter what, but the irritation level will probably rise, if he then took longer than normal to enter that driveway.
Also I'm not okay with slammed cars that are bouncing around so much that their drivers only drive 35 or 40 for their comfort, when the limit is 50 or 55 on our highways. As this person now becomes a nuisance and traffic/accident creator.
