seems like you really don't know what you want. your thoughts are "either way" on everything. you should really sit down and think about what you want.

and btw, 41k miles for a 2010 is pretty low, as it should be around the 75k mark according to industry standards of 15k/year.

also, not all the earlier models have the issues that others speak of. just really do your research and test drive a few times prior to buying.
