Default How to find out if your car is tuned?

If the cable used is a standard cable then you can't open the rom editor and see what the maps are. Also if the tune is locked then you won't be able to see anything either.

The only thing you can check is the rpms. If the rpms were set higher than stock then you should notice a difference between the stock map and the tuned map. Most tuners use map 5 as the stock map. Check idle rpms with that one and then cycle the other maps. To be extra save run the stock map until you can get it to a professional.

The best way would be to find a local UpRev tuner and have them look.
