I have never been a fan of the series but I do remember when I had (I was forced) to go to the movie theater to see the 1st Fast and Furious almost fourteen years ago. I was a car enthusiast (the beginning stages) and odd enough I thought the movie was full of "ricer" stuff. Then to top it all I remember seen a few human beings painting their Mitsubishi Eclipse neon green and adding graphics just like the movie. I remember seen a few Chevy cavaliers and other odd models copying the paint scheme from F&F. I always manage to stay away from that scene of bad taste paint jobs, neon lights and all the other child stuff that such franchise was able to "resurrect".
Going back a few years and there was the 5th and the 6th. The last two were not so bad since some of the auto stuff was a bit more "realistic". I will make the sacrifice (maybe not) and If I find the strength and will I will go to the movie and watch the 7th part.
In my opinion the acting was getting better with time and Paul Walker was not disappointing at anyone since he was getting better from movie to movie. The plot lines are getting more interesting as time goes by but I really hope they don't turn this movies into a competition with the Friday the 13th franchise. I don't think I would be able to take 12 doses of the same difference.
