Ok now i understand, it turns out that the reverse gear ratio is small lets say comparing to other cars, after all this ratio was designed for a 350z DE engine where it had MORE low end torque(lots more out of the box), the situation here with VQ engine is that the low end torque is kinda nurfed i believe in order to get higher mpg ratings and low CO/CO2. Where its CPU is shooting for complete combustion @14.7:1 till 3.2k rpm. Which is good for nature, but bad if ur trying to move up hill, this is where that boost of power comes in when u pass the 3.2k rpm. Unfortunately 3.2k rpm is alot of speed at any gear even the largest ratio 1st gear.
Because of this you need to learn how to hold ur clutch and gas in an equilibrium to the torque applied and yeah slip ur clutch to move the car up hill. This means alot of clutch riding, so ur csc is going to go pretty quick. My advice to u is this learn how to apply enough gas to move the car in the place u want stop, release clutch, turn steering wheel, then clutch in and repeat rather just riding the clutch. It takes skill.
As for the shaking, its absolutely normal nissan garbage bushings. Rattle is cuz of the springs on clutch plate i believe in order to damp engine vibrations.
