Yes thats a good note. I put the 3M VHB tape along the entire blade and side-by-side on the rear where its thicker.
The silicon is a good suggestion. Did not think about that. While I do not think mine are going anywhere the silicon adds additional peace of mind. If my sure if my side blades come off the car its because the entire side of my car fell off, lol.
