2 hours?!? I've never had it take more than 45 minutes. Granted, I always call ahead to make sure they're empty (10 am on weekdays is usually good). This is at a NAPA store where I have a 5 year alignment agreement. I get one a few times every year just because I can
Yeah dealers suck. The Acura dealer said they needed to replace some clips for our bumper (they broke them). I'm like ok, why are you telling me? Go fix it and give me my car back. 15 minutes later service guy comes back and tells me they have to order the parts. WTF ... you don't have clips in stock? Apparently these clips are molded to a part behind the bumper, so that whole part has to be replaced. Oh and they don't keep this part around because no one ever breaks them is what they told me ... until my car, which doesn't make me feel better
