I'm running them, was looking for a stiffer spring rate with just a slight drop so they fit the bill. However, I did opt for SPL rear camber arms since I was at around -2.5 without. Paired them with Koni Yellows & happy with the result

That being said, progressive springs would've been less harsh on the crappy roads around me. I've heard all good things about Swifts as well. Both are reputable Japanese manufacturers.
